Earthwork & Grading
Every solid structure starts with correctly shaped ground. We prepare, level, and grade sites so that foundations, slabs, and paving go down exactly as designed.
Our crews handle full site preparation: clearing, stripping topsoil, cut-and-fill balancing, compaction, and finish grading to survey levels. We work from your engineer's drawings and set levels on site so the results are verifiable rather than approximate.
Drainage falls, pad elevations, and access routes are planned before the first machine moves, which keeps material haulage — and therefore cost — to a minimum. On tight residential plots in Famagusta and Larnaca we take particular care with neighbouring boundaries, walls, and existing services.
We take on a limited number of projects each season for residential, commercial, and municipal clients who need the ground handed over clean, accurate, and on schedule.
